100% Virgin P.T.F.E. Sheet offered come developed using virgin PTFE with apparent density of 2.10 to 2.30g/ cm3 and tensile strength of 22 to 28Mpa. These sheets can be developed to deliver elongation support up to 300% with dielectric strength of 40KV/mm and temperature resistance of -180 to +260oC. Some of its features include available in thickness of 1.5mm to 120mm; have superior heat resistance and non-sticky properties; have superior mechanical strength and excellent insulation among others.

This versatile high performance packing is plaited from GRAPHITE FILLED EXPANDED PTFE YARN. Due to this unique combination this packing has high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, lubricity, low friction, minimum shaft wear and universal chemical resistance. The packing is non hardening. Extremely suitable for slurry applications
Service Recommendations :
For centrifugal, rotary pumps, agitators, mixers and low pressure valves, handling chemicals, caustics, acids, solvents, dyes, white and black liquor, oils, pulp and paper, abrasive materials etc.
Not Recommended For Fluorine, Strong Oxidsing Agents, Fuming Nitric Acid, Oleum, Aqua Regia.
